light an on-air sign while the webcam is in use camera-sign watches the uvcvideo driver's reference count and switches a TP-Link Kasa smart plug on while any program has the webcam open, and off a few seconds after it closes. Plugged into the switched outlet, a light box with an "ON AIR" insert tells the household not to walk in. . It can also watch the cameras of an Android phone, over adb. . It runs as a systemd user service; see README.Debian for setting it up.
