About this package

embedded development platform for 1500+ boards PlatformIO is a build system and package manager for embedded development: Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, AVR, RISC-V and many other platforms. It resolves toolchains, frameworks and library dependencies per project from platformio.ini, and provides unified "pio run", "pio test", "pio debug" and "pio device monitor" commands plus IDE project generation. . Toolchains, frameworks and the PIO Home web UI are downloaded from the PlatformIO registry into ~/.platformio on first use; only the core command-line tool is packaged here.
